A sweet little place to get coffee! the golden accented, gallery wall and chalkboard add a glamorous yet friendly note. I prefer to order the drip coffee or a cortado. boren by mother tongue are available for purchase and employees can grind them for them. they have often made house syrups, like earthy or cinnamon, available to live their latte too. they serve deliciousies of firebrand and are dog friendly!

The drinks at this restaurant are fantastic and not overly sweet, which I love! I am particularly obsessed with their earthy and creamy matcha latte, which is a current special. I can't wait to see what they come up with for their next special. They are not afraid to experiment with flavors, which I appreciate. The restaurant has a small front area with a cute loft space that I always enjoy whenever I visit the Bay Area. The staff is excellent and they create a chill vibe with their professional barista skills and great playlists. If I lived closer, I would be here every day. I love coming here for coffee. Good, happy vibes with delightful owner and staff, and best brew in the east bay. Also correctly chose pastry selection and an underground source for boichik.

Girl of the counter couldn't be bothered to greet me or ask what I would like to order. Just stared at me. Took my order and put her fingers in the cup to hand to the barista. The barista that made my mocha turned it into something that I don't even recognize in taste. Coffee bar was completely empty.

It’s cute inside and the staff were nice but the coffee was awful! I got a cappuccino which only had macro foam and tasted super acidic. I will not be back.
