Bidrage med feedbackOverall, it was a good experience! The staff was friendly, and the food was tasty. I did receive one taco less than I ordered, so I would recommend double-checking your order, but aside from that, everything was wonderful!
There was only one person working at the restaurant when I visited. I asked the young man if he was the only one on duty, and he told me he had been working alone for seven hours and still needed to take breaks. I was taken aback by that! It certainly explains why the food took so long to arrive and why the worker seemed so stressed. That poor guy deserves better—what they are doing isn’t right and may not even be legal. We should avoid supporting businesses that don’t value their employees!
Sam took our order—a smoothie and a bowl for me and my friend. The service was prompt, and he had a very friendly vibe. The food was delicious, and I would definitely return for both the great atmosphere and the bowls!
Bunch of rude unprofessional workers have been given moldy strawberries on two different occasions in my açaí bowls. Food was still thawing out once so clearly not fresh even got food poisoning which leaves me to now leave this review.
Nice place very clean but Horrible customer service some of the worst service ever . The guy at the register didn't help and didn't know anything about the products and didn't even attempt to find out important information. I wouldn't trust this place to be diligent with dietary procedures at all. This was my first time here and you lost a customer just based on that 1 interaction. I even asked to buy more stuff and asked what do you recommend and he said i don't know just look around. And they don't take cash what crazy. The food was bland and flavorless .
