Not very impressed, I have to say. Our pizza was charred all the way around. It seemed like they were leaving all the pizzas in the oven for way too long. At $10, I expected a lot more.

The Best is, indeed, the best! A delightful twist on the classic cheese pizza, adding roasted garlic and fresh basil adds just enough herbal flavor to draw out all the subtle flavors in the sauce. While I 'm not normally a fan of the extremely-thin-and-crispy crust, there 's enough flavor in the dough that the dramatic texture doesn 't distract from the experience. The pizza is prepared quickly, and the service is extremely quick and pleasant. I 'll be coming back, given any opportunity, and you should as well.

Not a replacement for an actual pizza parlor/restaurant but still great. I've had this at a couple events and always look forward to the pizza option to mix up the other food cart options. I've only ever ordered the meat lovers but it is good so no reason to switch. They are brick oven pizzas with good thin crust, fresh tasting sauce and a small portion of toppings which makes a nice light pizza that won't make you feel sluggish. Give them a try at the next event you see them.
