Tilley's Pizza House - Beloit

First time there. The food was fair and the service was friendly.

Pizza and burgers were absolutely horrible. Burnt and soggy crust, not made as ordered, lack of ingredients, red meat hamburgers, when it was requested medium well, cold fries, with so much salt, that the kids couldn't eat. Refried chicken wings that were so foul, that we threw them in the garbage. We will never go to this place ever again. They have the worst Italian beef sandwich also, in the town of Beloit.

Pizza was dry and disappointing not one of our better visits food wise

The chicken wings are delicious, and I appreciate the convenience of online ordering. However, the pizza arrives in a paper bag during delivery, which is a bit inconvenient.

Rude customer service! Tried to book online, it wouldn’t work, I called the store and got hung up on. Just wanted to order, I’ll take my money elsewhere
