Thai Tamarind - Bellevue

Awesome Thai spot tucked away in Bellevue. Service was quick. Spice levels were right on point and the food was fantastic.

I have a few favorite dishes at Thai Tamarind and because their food is so good I sometimes have trouble deciding between them. It's a good problem to have! And their service exceeds even the food. The server, Zeta, is awesome. The food always gets there at the right time and at the right temperature. I love the ambiance of the place too. It's cozy and quaint and just right for having a meal with that special someone. The 5 stars are well earned!

Food was average, customer service is not good. They had many tables open, gave us a table that was shaking like crazy, with kids it was hard to dine. They only had one high chair.

Pretty average Thai restaurant for the area. Not bad, but nothing too crazy. I went to try their take on some of my favorite dishes, including the pad see ew with tofu and and the classic Thai spring rolls. The spring rolls were alright, but did leave something to be desired. The sauce they served it was a bit too artificial tasting and thick. The portion was OK but the prices here are a bit higher than at other places and I don’t think the quality makes up for it. They were just okay. The pad see ew was similarly just alright. Adequate portion, but a price higher than numerous places nearby. They were a bit generous with the pepper here. Not that much sauce (I enjoy it more saucy). Again, just alright. All in all, a solid Thai option in Bellevue. Prices are a bit too high in my opinion. But, the food is pretty good.
