Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Update 2/14/2022 20 minutes, and nobody has even taken our drink order. This place is nowhere close to being busy. Now the long wait for food. Oh wait, people who came in after us already got their food. Dee was an amazing server this morning Update 9/5/ 21 I had an amazing service. The food tasted great. I always love looking around and reading the signs hanging up. Don't forget they have great items to shop for in the store. They have Christmas out as well.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. My wife's meal was sent back three times and still wasn't right when it finally arrived. Drink refills were rare, and our server never checked on our table. To make things worse, the path to the restroom was blocked, and when my wife started choking, she couldn't get through. When we asked for a manager, one was nowhere to be found. When I expressed my dissatisfaction at checkout, the cashier finally offered to get the manager. However, the manager's response was completely unprofessional. He argued with my wife about the menu, claiming that honey wasn't included on her Home Style Chicken BLT, even though it clearly was. It was obvious that the staff's incompetence was due to the fact that the manager himself didn't know the menu. When my wife tried to show him the menu, he rudely told her to stay away. This ordeal lasted for two hours, and our order was never right. The customer service at this restaurant was awful, and I strongly recommend thinking twice before dining here.

Whenever I want to reminisce about my childhood and enjoy pancakes with crispy edges, this is the place I choose to visit! I prefer simple breakfast options, and I absolutely love their pancakes. Their sausage patties are also delicious. Usually, the customer service here is exceptional, but it was lacking yesterday. The waitress was not new, as she had five stars on her apron. However, the management was very friendly. When I pointed out an issue with my receipt, they were quick to correct it and were very nice about it. The restaurant is always busy, but it is well-staffed, efficient, clean, and welcoming.

Dee is an exceptional server and a true rockstar. The food was exceptional and better than it has been in a while. Plus, no one scolded me for not wearing a mask.

Best Cracker Barrel experience ever. The waiter, Mark, went above and far beyond amazing customer service. The food was spot on perfectly cooked. Between the great food, good atmosphere, and far beyond excellent customer service…this Cracker Barrel made you feel like you were back home in your grandparents kitchen eating dinner as your passing through town. Thank You Mark for your amazing Customer Service and making our experience at your Cracker Barrel the best Ive ever experienced. Bu far a 5 Star employee.
