Fusian - Beavercreek

This restaurant is quite unkempt! The floor was sticky, the tables were dirty, and the trash cans were overflowing. Out of the six staff members, only two seemed to be working effectively. It was very disorganized. I couldn't order the bowl I wanted because they were out of them, and after having to change my order to something I didn’t really want, I noticed them finding a shipment of bowls. While that was frustrating, the overall cleanliness of the place is the main reason I won't be coming back. My suggestion for the restaurant is to find someone to manage it properly! I ordered the spicy tuna roll, but I've honestly had much better sushi from Kroger and Walmart.

The poke and sushi here are excellent. While it can be a bit pricey, the quality is outstanding, and the unique combinations make it worth it. The service was attentive, and the food was both delicious and healthy!

I've been a fan of Fusian for years, but this particular location has been a real letdown. Every time I've ordered sushi rolls from here, they've been poorly made. The person responsible for making the rolls seems to lack the necessary skill. I just ordered two rolls, and both fell apart completely. The last time I ordered, I got extras for lunch the next day, but I had to eat all three rolls with a spoon because they were so loose. It felt more like eating a bowl of ingredients rather than proper sushi.

Such a great place to be. This particular location is one of my favorites because everyone is such sweethearts and fills the store with a great mood. Fusion by the mall is the best to go to after a day of shopping.

I’ve been a loyal fusian customer for years. The sushi always taste good! Although, there seems to be an issue at this location where my food looks like it was made by a 5 year old… presentation isn’t quite there, I’ve never had that problem at any of the other locations though.
