They left out my shake which was the main thing I ordered and when I called back they acted like I was a bum and I was lying

Drive through personnel added 1.00 to your charity hand drive without my authorization. I asked if they did this to all customers without their knowledge and was told yes sir but that they could refund me my 1.00 if I 'd like. This is taking money from your customers without their consent and is tantamount to theft.

We just got done with a late night softball tournament and about 8 cars pulled in row to the drive thru. We were treated with friendly attitudes which is huge plus in this world. Staff was great, food was good. Thanks for taking the time to treat us good, and feed us good!!

The new Cashier really needs the Manager to work with her all three of our orders were wrong and she refused to give My Mom even change when My Mom gave her a extra dime the Manager working the Drive Thru handled the situation in a timely and pleasant order The food was great the fries could have been a little hotter but it was edible Thank You

The service at the take out window was great, the girl was super friendly, however there were literally 4 fries in my fry box and they were almost cold.
