Station 66 - Battle Creek

Housed in an old gas station, this wonderful stop has a great family atmosphere. It's a family owned ice cream shop, with fresh made donuts that melt in your mouth. A great selection of menu items to have a great lunch or dinner. The hambergers are freshly made, and out of this world. The beef nachos and coney dogs are also really good. Go back in time and enjoy some old nostalgia, drink pop out of an old glass bottle or buy some vintage candy. Has a great place for outside eating or area for kids to run around and play. They are closed on Mondays. Stop in for a great experience.

Only one vegan option; very freezer burnt. I was served a single scoop when had ordered and paid for a double scoop. Probably not coming back nor would recommend. And THIS (first unedited) reply right here is why I won’t be returning. SO RUDE. When I entered the ice cream line my husband and I were disappointed to only see ONE vegan option, and when asking the employee about vegan options he just gestures back to the sign which only displays ONE. I was also ordering the ice cream with marshmallow topping with the expectation in PAYING for EXACTLY what I ordered. I was NOT expecting FREEBIES. When getting up to the register the cashier asks “did you get a single scoop?” And I replied “no, I ordered a double.” When the ice cream started to run down my arm I then asked for a cup NOT DUE TO THE SIZE OF THE ICE CREAM. I again would have been more than happy to pay for the cup, because I was still being rung up. And not wanting or expecting freebies. So thank you for editing your comment saying I was high maintenance, and I will not be a returning customer. RUDE

Lovely lil place to grab lunch and ice cream! Decent prices, yummy foods, the pulled pork was exquisite!! Fun games out back to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Don't miss the chance while you're in Battle Creek!

Love the variety, the activities outside and the overall feeling of a celebration of time with friends and family. I love dairy sooo much and in recent years I have had more and more digestive issues and developed lactose intolerance. So I very much appreciate the dairy free options so I can still have a treat with the rest of the group.
