Got my order wrong an said ut was my fault i would never eat in the bathurst location the staff is ignorant and self centered and very disrespectful and just plain rude surrounding areas were beautiful and i love the food there but i just cant go back to Bathurst location

We placed an order at 532pm this evening. We were told it would be delivered *by* 710pm which we already felt was a very long wait. At 715 we called to ask about our order, we were told the driver was there to pick it up. We live maybe 7 minutes away if traffic is bad, which is isn't. At 745pm we called again and i am told it just left? What? It took a half hour to pick up food?The last time we went in store it was just as bad and our children waited 2 hours for food. It was not busy.We were not offered a discount and the apology received was not very sincere. So now it is 752pm, none of us have eaten, and our kids can't go to bed. I'm unsure of what happened or when, but we used to genuinely like going to Pizza Delight. It used to be where the kids wanted to go for birthday suppers. 2 1/2 hours for 3 meals is insane.

Me and my family have given this place multiple chances for redemption. Each time extremely disappointed in the food. Terrible food. Strongly don’t recommend this establishment.
