Chipotle Mexican Grill - Batavia

I typically dine in at Chipotle, and the food is consistently excellent. They always provide generous portions, and the restaurant is spotless. The staff is very friendly as well. I highly recommend Chipotle—I absolutely love it!

This was my first experience ordering from this location. My daughter ordered a burrito, and I opted for a bowl. Unfortunately, my daughter had to spit out her first bite because she encountered a chunk of salt. When I tried my bowl, I discovered that the rice was overly salty as well—something I’ve never experienced at any other location. To top it off, I requested a side of vinaigrette, and they charged me $1.60 for what you see in the picture.

Every time I visit Chipotle, I’m always met with a warm and friendly smile. The customer service consistently scores a perfect 10 out of 10. The restaurant is always clean, and the team of staff is fantastic. Thank you for making each visit a great experience!

I unfortunately don’t have a Chipotle nearby, so it’s always my top choice whenever I get the chance. The food was fresh, hot, and delivered quickly, exactly as I ordered. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you!
