Bidrage med feedbackI attended my sister's wedding at the Rosario Resort and Hotel Grand Pavilion, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The music and audio-visual setup were poorly managed, with the staff struggling to operate the equipment. The service was seriously lacking; I encountered several issues with food service despite being part of the event. Additionally, the in-house tech support did not meet expectations, leading me to intervene myself. Regrettably, I cannot recommend the Rosario Resort and Hotel Grand Pavilion for events based on this experience.
We were given a room that had a terrible odor from a long-unused toilet. I can't understand how a hotel can rent out a room where guests have to deal with the smell all night. The room initially smelled fine when we entered, but after a while, once we settled in and the air freshener faded, the unpleasant odor from the toilet became overwhelming. This experience feels incredibly deceptive.
Rooms: 4/5 - We stayed in the presidential suite, which was spacious and included a refrigerator. However, the bathroom felt quite bare. Staff: 5/5 - The staff is very friendly, especially in the bar and restaurant areas.

Thumbs up! Special thanks to Ma'am Angielee Lupac and Ma'am Abigail de Luna; they were very accommodating. Our event was a success thanks to you. The food was delicious, and the resort was clean. We will definitely be back!
