Rosario Resort And Grand Pavilion

I attended my sister's wedding at the Rosario Resort and Hotel Grand Pavilion, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The music and audio-visual setup were poorly managed, with the staff struggling to operate the equipment. The service was seriously lacking; I encountered several issues with food service despite being part of the event. Additionally, the in-house tech support did not meet expectations, leading me to intervene myself. Regrettably, I cannot recommend the Rosario Resort and Hotel Grand Pavilion for events based on this experience.

We were given a room that had a terrible odor from a long-unused toilet. I can't understand how a hotel can rent out a room where guests have to deal with the smell all night. The room initially smelled fine when we entered, but after a while, once we settled in and the air freshener faded, the unpleasant odor from the toilet became overwhelming. This experience feels incredibly deceptive.

Rooms: 4/5 - We stayed in the presidential suite, which was spacious and included a refrigerator. However, the bathroom felt quite bare. Staff: 5/5 - The staff is very friendly, especially in the bar and restaurant areas.

Thank you so much, Rosario Resort and Hotel! This is our second visit, and you did not disappoint our expectations. We were very satisfied with the staff, the place, the food, and the services. Thumbs up! Special thanks to Ma'am Angielee Lupac and Ma'am Abigail de Luna; they were very accommodating. Our event was a success thanks to you. The food was delicious, and the resort was clean. We will definitely be back!
