The owner must don't care because management down to the cashier they all have nasty attitude and the worst customer service ever. Always Rude never will I give this location another penny.

Customer service is getting worse each time we visit. Quality is not what it used to be. Ice cream not as cold, literally 6 min away and scoops are melted before we make it home. Banana splits are basically a melted milkshake in under 6 minutes. They seem to stop warming caramel and hot fudge a couple of hours before closing. I’ve been frequenting this location, Bartlett on Stage Rd for over 12 yearsand it seems to be getting more run down each time. No longer a satisfied customer and will be going somewhere else from now on.

Walk in and employees sitting down, rolling their eyes, acting like im they are doing me a favor by doing their job, african american couple walk and and they are fully acknowledged, will NEVER come back to this location again.
