Baskin-robbins - Bartlett

I came to this restaurant late at night with no other customers around to order two ice creams. When I ordered my first item, the clerk abruptly cut me off and told me to pull up to the window. Upon trying to order my second item, an ice cream without chocolate, I was informed that they did not have that flavor. After naming several other flavors, I was told they did not have them either. I asked the clerk to list the flavors they did have without chocolate, to which he only mentioned strawberry and vanilla. When I requested him to double-check, he insisted that all other flavors contained chocolate, without making any effort to verify with no other customers present. The service was terrible and I have no intention of returning.

I recently visited a Baskin Robbins and I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. An older man took my order and I requested two scoops with Oreo toppings, not realizing that toppings are only for sundaes. When he explained this to me, I changed my order to just the two scoops. He seemed irritated and asked why I kept changing my order, telling me to think about what I want before ordering. I ended up with two small scoops with Oreos on top, as he dumped out the original scoops. Throughout the entire interaction, he was rude and never smiled. I am very unhappy with the service I received and I feel that I should not have had to pay for such treatment. I ended up with half the amount of ice cream I wanted for the same price. I will not be returning to that location and may not visit another Baskin Robbins if this is the type of service they allow.

The staff at the intersection of Army Trail and County Farm Roads are incredibly friendly and courteous. When I ordered coffees and four plain bagels, they even offered to cut them for me, a service I had never experienced at any other Dunkin' Donuts locations.

So my door dash delivers from this location. And I order at least once a week. Now every single time I order they always mess it up. They always mess up one of the flavors, and absolutely never give me my toppings. I handle it with Doordash but every time I try to call to ask them what happened and why they don't read my order right they refuse to answer the phone. They need new staff. Because apparently the ones they have on the night crew are incompetent.

The man working was frustrated we came to get ice cream at 10:15. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He filled my cone only half way. The two hot fudge sundaes as well. He was mean, like trying to make us feel guilty for ordering ice cream because he was working alone. My total came to $20.00 for what I ordered and I was jipped. Never will get ice cream here again but sure he will be happy about that. ????
