Chick-fil-a - Barboursville

When I approached the counter to pick up my food, a worker named Allison glared at me, rolled her eyes several times, and gave me a dirty look.

I have dined at Chick-Fil-A locations across the country, and this particular one is by far the worst I have ever visited. They do not offer any non-alcoholic beverages, but luckily being in a shopping center, there are other drink options available. This level of service is not up to par with what you would expect from this franchise. The food was also disappointing as the cheese was not even on the sandwich, but instead in pieces in the bag. If you are craving Chick-Fil-A, I recommend trying a different location nearby. The only positive aspect was that the staff were friendly and efficient.

I enjoy the Chick-fil-A sandwich, they always do a great job with their Mayonnaise packet. I also love their sweet tea.

Always love food but the 15 min wait to get your meal after ordering is no joy. Happens most of the time at the mall location.
