It is easy to see that this was once the grande dame of Bar Harbor hotels.

Yesterday's Sunday brunch was wonderful. The steak and eggs were great, served withpotatoes and whole grain bread. The coffee was excellent.Service was attentive and friendly. The tables in the garden made a great place forconversation amid greenery.
