The Juniper Bistro - Banff

You can never go wrong with the food at this place! Most upscale restaurants in Alberta can't compete with the chef at Juniper Bistro. The food here is truly exceptional—120% the best, thanks to the incredible chef in the kitchen. I may not know the chef personally, but the quality of the food speaks for itself!

Bike rentals were incredibly affordable at just $10 per day, making it much cheaper than other hotels or rental options in town. It only took us a quick five-minute bike ride to reach town, which was very convenient. The hotel itself and the views are absolutely stunning! We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the bistro, and the food was among the best we’ve had. I had the stuffed French toast for breakfast, which was delicious, and for dinner, I tried the lingcod, which was equally impressive. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with this hotel.

The best spot in town for a gourmet meal! While many places in Banff serve very heavy dishes, this restaurant stands out for its lighter options. I highly recommend it!!!

There is nothing I would change about our six day stay at the Juniper. The location is perfect distance from everything and it made a great home base to travel from and explore. The staff is so kind, the suite is huge and the fireplace so cozy — the view is incredible and the food is some of the finest meals we’ve ever eaten with such complex and bright flavor combinations. All around amazing stay.
