We had informed the staff ahead of time that we were vegan, and the chef recommended a few vegan dishes for us to try. Some of the standout dishes included Portobello Mushroom Gratin with Roasted Vegetables topped with Vegan Hollandaise, Vegetable Biriyani with Tomato and Vegan Cucumber Raita, and Quinoa Risotto with Asparagus and Sautéed Mushroom. They also prepared a dip made with silk tofu and parsley to accompany the bread. The restaurant has a great selection of wines and other beverages. For breakfast, they offered a tofu scramble and cappuccino with soy milk for guests staying overnight. The staff was incredibly attentive and organized, making us feel very welcome and ensuring we had an enjoyable stay at this beautiful location!

Three of the amazing dishes we enjoyed were portobello mushroom gratin with roasted vegetables and vegan hollandaise, sweet biriyani with tomatoes and vegan cucumber raita, and quinoa risotto with asparagus and sautéed mushrooms. They also prepared a silky tofu and parsley dip to serve with bread. The hotel offers a good selection of wines and other beverages. For breakfast, they can make a tofu scramble and cappuccino with soy milk. The staff was very attentive and well-organized, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had an enjoyable stay at this beautiful location!
