Capri Grill - Ballyragget

We were really impressed with this fish and chips takeaway. While staying nearby, we were looking for a quick meal and were delighted to find we could dine in, as most chipper spots in Ireland only have takeout. The food was delicious and definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

We eat here almost once in the week, as eating is very good, fresh and great. the only complaining are the pipped music, (they just have to have one band, that plays again and again, it makes the feeling as if they were in. the cinema is waiting for the movie to start) I asked her to change it an evening and we have football commentary instead! the other is the total lack of atmosphere and worn decoration. Maybe they're doing a big deal with taking away.

Visited when we were in a hotel in front of the site and needed a good meal. definitiw not disappointed. the prices are fair, the waiting employees are extremely helpful and cheerful. the food was cooked to my expectations.

Previously, it was a normal one. is not ordered here again. 1h 20min wait for delivery. lamb was hard and chips cold. we have them again for the collection, and they left some of the order, so they had to return. it was terrible quality. rushed, greasy, and the kids are melting fun. why was the paper bag soaked in oil?! there are better places in mullingar for kebabs, chips and Indian meals. these young people have gone so badly downhill.

I am not certain why but this place does not attract a crowd even the great value special €6-95 for a meal and a drink (well cooked and tasty) does not bring a crowd the staff tend to seat you at the back and...so if you are looking in it looks deserted even if people are in there recommend trying this place
