Galgorm Resort - Ballymena

Visited on Saturday; £21.50 for salt and chilli huh, a dish that was spectacularly tasteless, despite its description on the menu. To comparison I spent on Easter Sunday in browns bonds hill less money for eating that was in relation to...taste, quality and imagination easy years apart.

Firstly we had to wait to be seated. Once seated, 2 of our party were sitting where people were walking behind them all the time, including staff. We waited 55 minutes for our main meal which is not good service! When I asked for a...southern comfort and lemonade, the waitress seemed to think that 7 up was lemonade. 7 up is a lemon AND LIME drink, not lemonade. The lemonade was flat and was also low calorie which I was not informed of. Two other drinks were also flat!! NOT good. There was a party of men who were all walking around the restaurant without masks. I told the staff and nothing was done about it. It was expensive and a service charge was added to the bill which the staff didn't inform us of. The food was fair. There is so much more this restaurant could do to make it so much better....the little things. I would not recommend this restaurant unless the standards were improved upon.
