Mcdonald's Ballina Central

The lovely woman working this morning at the first window (on April 6th around 11 o'clock) truly deserves a shoutout. Despite the busy atmosphere, she served us with outstanding politeness and a smile, which was truly appreciated. Excellent customer service! I didn't catch her name, but if anyone from the restaurant reads this and knows who I’m referring to, please let her know she's doing a fantastic job! Also, a big shoutout to whoever made my iced chai today – it was perfect, so keep it up!

For a McDonald’s this was really good! they were very fast at creating my online order, and it seems that their team works very well. it was also very clean inside, that is unusual for the shops closer to where I live. chips were hot and correspondingly salted, burgers were fresh and also hot. ice was great as usual, and the apple cakes were pointed notches. good job maccas. only the wish is that the veggieburgers come back!

Came through the drive thru on Wednesday night and was absolutely gobsmacked by the amazing service of nathan. His child and quick service meant that I could go fast and really put the almost in quick food! I also really enjoyed my little Filet’o’fish meal with a soda water! it was disgusting! in any case would recommend this connection to my gals. 10/10!

I enjoy visiting this place; it's clean and has a spacious layout that makes you want to sit and relax. However, today my frappe was more like a milkshake and not very well blended. It is a hot day, though!

I stopped by this restaurant for breakfast while traveling through the area. On the day I visited, the service was quite prompt. The food was enjoyable, and while the coffee wasn't very strong, it was served hot. The place was clean and well-organized.
