Shakey's Pizza Parlor - Baguio

THERE WERE ROACHES CRAWLING ON FHE SIDES OF THE BOOTH WE WERE AT! Regardless if it was the last hour we were there, the staff should not have been rude. They acted as if they want us out of there in 15minutes. We ordered at 8:20. Cherry on top: THEY SERVED US THE WRONG PIZZA AND ANNOYINGLY ASKED US TO JUST TAKE IT AS IT WOULD TAKE MORE TIME TO MAKE THE RIGHT ONE.

The staff is very accommodating, and I absolutely love the new spinach bacon pizza—it's delicious!

I can't fault the taste; the food is always delicious. However, there always seems to be something missing from their menu. Some pasta dishes aren't available, and there's no chicken, pizza, or skiletti included in their popular Bunch of Lunch special, even though they were serving a huge plate of skiletti. It's a bit amusing for a pizza place not to have any pizza on their Bunch of Lunch menu.

I have never been so frustrated with a restaurant or fast food service as I was this time. It took nearly an hour for our food to arrive, making for an incredibly slow experience.

We ordered regular pizza but instead changed it to large immediately but the crew said its already punched and they will be charged if they changed it to large. And I asked if there’s someone we can talk to regarding the matter, after a few minutes they said that we can change the size of tha pizza but party size only. Bad service.
