Pizza Hut - Bago Bantay

I'm very disappointed talaga sa branch nyo sa Trinoma! Nagtake out ako mga 8:30pm ng Pizza ( super okay ) & Kitkat pops sobrang kunat at tigas! Kinain ko agad pagdating sa store kc malapit lang naman. Akala ko ba naman sineserve nyo ng warm and crunchy excited pa naman ako matikman! Hayy naku bumalik ako kasi instead na staff ko ang kukuha kc dun lang din ako nagwowork sa trinoma at nagtry ako magtanong sa cashier (di ko nakuha yung name pero namumukhaan ko) aba di ako pinansin kahit narinig nya ko. Yung supervisor ata yun na nakawhite not approachable and di marunong ngumiti! Di man lang tinanong kung may problem or wala. Kahit pre closing na hindi kayo nagseserve ng ganun! ???????? paki train ng maayos mga staff nyo regarding sa mga complain ah. Di man lang marunong mag apologize.

Their place definitely needs some revamping. It doesn't look clean and well maintained at all. Pizza hut always has a promo which is good for those who are in a budget. I think their promos are really good for the price.

I haven't been to Pizza Hut in a while because of the change in their menu format (all bundles, no ala carte option, and my family likes ordering stuff per person at places like these). I'm glad that they put the ala carte part of their menu back, especially the pastas like aglio olio! Hoping to eat with my family again here soon. #angpagbabalik hahaha! Anyway, my friend and I ordered the Valentine's Promo Meal 2--2 bowls of cream of mushroom, 2 pastas (bolognese, and I changed mine to carbonara), pizza (we converted our 2 individual pizzas into 1 hand-stretched cheese lovers pizza), and 2 glasses of iced tea. The promo is SUPER SULIT. We only had to pay a little over P300 each including service charge! I like their take on the cream of mushroom soup, which uses their signature crust as croutons. Their carbonara is still as creamy and delicious as ever. And the pizza! Oh my, the pizza. It was my first time to get hand-stretched and I'm pretty sure I always will from now on! Absolutely delightful and light--I think I could finish a whole pizza on my own if I were really hungry! I hope this promo stays on, not only for the Valentine's season because it's super sulit! I just hope the iced tea becomes a little less bland, haha!

Ordered Caesar Salad, Bacon CheeseBurger Stuffed Crust Pizza and 2 piece Chicken with Rice. I was so hungry I had to eat all the **** served. Rice was not fluffy at all. You can chew on the 'crunch' on the looks-like left over rice. Rice was not hot at all. Meron pang tutong at matigas na part na parang nahanginan ng ilang oras yung kanin. Chicken was bland small and we had to finish it all lang kasi gutom na gutom na kami. Caesar salad was good -- sana pero the lettuce has black on it and no longer crunchy. Pizza was good thats why 1 ang rating. Kainis if hindi lang ako gutom nagreklamo na ako.
