Subway - Baden

It's a Subway like any other. Nothing more, nothing less. I know exactly what I was expecting and that's what I got.

I ordered the Teriyaki Rice Bowl. The rice wasn't fully cooked and there was very little chicken. I basically paid $13 for salad and I'm still hungry. It was a huge disappointment.

Very slow service. I could have driven to New Hamburg and had my food faster from PitaPit. The employee was not sociable and did not seem to want to be there. One person in front of me and it took nearly 20 minutes to get my food. Maybe retraining is needed to help the employee learn the menu and faster service. Or at least a second team member to improve speed of service. If I see this staff working, I will think twice about going in line for food here

I was there this evening with my 4 sons before football practice. I was in a rush. The young man was very polite and fast, he was friendly and kind which reminded me to leave a review. It’s always so refreshing to have service with a smile. I will be back.

Don’t go before 10am, they won’t have anything ready.
