Be aware it contains alcohol it's Apple wine not apple juice like it used to be in other parts of Germany Friendly service Outside seatings

I had the Gemischter Braten and it was terrific! We ate outside and it really was my favorite meal in the region of the entire week there.

Food was OK, service friendly and priced good. The square was very authentic so try to Dit outside weather permitting

This restaurant has an excellent menu and the food was okay. Our pork steaks were a little too lean making them dry, but the sauce with mushrooms made up for it. The noodles as a side dish was perfect.

We had no problem with language, our waitress spoke good English and between our poor German and her good English we had no problem. Don't be put off going here by language, its worth a visit.The place itself is crisp and clean nicely furnished with tables not on top of one another so makes for a nice place to eat and talk with friends without the need to shout.The food was great, high quality, beautifully prepared, cooked and presented. We would have no hesitation recommending this delightful place to eat.
