This is a special place. The hosts 'Petra and Sven" are the most friendly and warm people you can meet. The name of the Restaurant is related to the previous owner of the building and is part of the history of Bad Bevensen. Their specialty are "Flammkuchen" and they are just like the originals from the Alsace/France. Best beer in town. The only thing why I did not give this Restaurant 5 stars is their wine list. Quality wise this wine list is on the lower side and therefore stay with beer which is from the Black-forest and is utmost delicious. A must go. Enjoy!

Spontaneous visit outside. Super service delicious flame cake and a delicious wine or beer. Good price-performance ratio. Very recommended. Come back.

In our 5 days short holiday in Bad Bevensen we discovered this little place last night after eating in another restaurant. That's why we haven't eaten there, but in the two hours we spent there, many flame cakes were eaten and picked up. The ambience is certainly not suitable for everyone. It has a rustic, cozy. You feel comfortable. The owner and host lives and loves his profession. With body and soul, the guest is offered a feel-good experience. We did good at the hamlets, liqueurs and fires for 2 Euro/2cl and enjoyed a very nice, humid and happy evening. If we come back to Bad Bevensen we will surely spend some evenings there. Thank you for this experience.
