Taco Bell - Bad Axe

The employee at the drive through was polite and gladly customized my burrito for me. My order was done correctly and quickly. The price was also spot on. I cannot speak to the ambiance, since I went through the drive through. Overall a great experience.

The food was like eating a brick of salt. It was so bad and mushy and the quesadillas tasted like a wet racoon. The service was goofy ahh. The people dining in were rude. The dining area was filthy like a dump in Tennesee. Don't mess around with my boys here they serious.

I always have very low standards for this taco bell but they have really hit rock bottom. everytime i come here my food is always cold and tastes old. I always ask for my nacho fries fresh and they almost never are. if i ask for no ice in my drink they don't fill the cup which seems like a rip off to me. not to mention they take forever to get you your food.

Service is horrible, everything in the thumb stinks. The workers are careless, don't care and they are slow. This place is a perfect example of that. Walk in today lady yells at me you have to use the new prompt screen, they can't even take your order anymore. Like that's gonna help them not make a mistake. Guess what it doesn't help, they didn't give me my drink. I miss eating Taco Bell but when I'm here I try to stay away from these people.

Went to our local Taco Bell to get the Grilled cheese burrito and asked for chicken and extra fiesta chips, the customer service was great but yet again we didn't get chicken we got beef and for my self, I am not a beef person. And also wasn't any extra fiesta chips on it. Definitely disappointed especially when we don't go out to fast food usually, and when we take a chance too things get messed up.
