Godfathers Pizza Aylmer

When I asked about sun-dried tomatoes, the person at the counter, dressed in unkempt clothing, looked at me as if I were an alien. I understand that not every pizza place has all the popular ingredients, but the staff should at least be familiar with them. The pizza itself was disappointing. I requested a thin crust, but it seemed like they simply flattened a thick crust, resulting in a heavy layer of dense, mostly flavorless bread with just a few toppings on top.

Are you serious? Whose idea was it to smear the dipping sauce all over our pizza? That completely ruined four perfectly good slices.

She has been working there for a long time and is incredibly sweet, providing excellent customer service. P.S. She deserves a raise; she's truly worth it!

Not a great experience. First time ordering here after my new move to the area. I asked if they use bacon strips or crumble and was told strips and confirmed again before ordering. Delivery was going to be over an hour, that’s fine. When the food arrived the pizza had crumble on it. For $30 after the tip for a large pizza, you’d think that the restaurant would know the toppings they use and not mislead customers. Crumble is gross and changes the pizza to taste fake. Pizza was nothing special, so if you can’t get the toppings right then it’s not worth the price. Will not be ordering from here again. Sad, as I have game night every weekend and we order pizza. Gave this place a chance but I will have to check out Peters instead.

I had some of the best pizza I've ever tasted in Southern Ontario! On August 27, 2020, we decided to visit Godfather’s Pizza in Aylmer. We ordered two medium pizzas: the Leonardo and the 8’s are Wild (without olives and mushrooms). Both pizzas were quite tasty and not overly greasy. The crust was fresh and not too doughy. The toppings were well-balanced, and it didn't feel like we were eating something paper-thin with minimal toppings. The service was very friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the prices seemed reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place. Next time, I plan to try the deluxe!
