Firehouse Subs Crossroads At Tolleson

We've dined at several locations across the country, and the food quality and service have consistently been excellent. In my opinion, they offer the best tasting bread in the industry.

I ordered the captain roast beef and cheddar with added bacon, no lettuce, extra onions, horseradish mayonnaise, and light salt and pepper, along with a large soda. Unfortunately, I didn’t find any bacon in my sandwich and even checked the second half to confirm it was missing. Halfway through the second one, I noticed there were no extra onions either. On a positive note, the staff was wonderful and friendly, even double-checking my sandwich to ensure there was no lettuce.

I ordered catering for a local warehouse recently, and the food was fantastic. I opted for the deluxe platters since they come with more meat. There was plenty to feed a whole team of hungry warehouse workers, and we even had leftovers! I suggest requesting the toppings on the side to keep the sandwiches from getting soggy. The service was outstanding, as usual, and I will definitely keep coming back for my subs in the future. A+!

I love Firehouse Subs. Friendly people, awesome food, and I love that part of the money goes to fund lifesaving equipment to first responders. My favorite (at the moment) is the NY Steamer. Yum. Oh great, now I want a sub.

I pre-ordered the sub and it was ready at the time they said! Good customer service. Nice corned beef brisket sandwich too.
