Family Taste - Avon Park

The food here is incredible, and Eliciane is one of the kindest people you could ever meet. I always make sure to enjoy some Haitian cuisine whenever I'm in town.

The ox tail dinner is our favorite dish. The portions are generous! Be sure to try the watermelon and lemonade mix juice, too.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, which serves authentic, home-cooked Haitian food in a warm and inviting atmosphere! After spending five months in Haiti enjoying daily home-cooked meals, I've found it difficult to find Haitian cuisine in Arizona. So, when I visited my dad in Avon Park, I searched for a Haitian restaurant and was pleasantly surprised to find this one nearby. It did not disappoint! The food was incredibly delicious, flavorful, and authentic, evoking a sense of nostalgia for me. I brought my dad along, who had never tried real ethnic food from another country—he absolutely loved it and is eager to return once I leave!

Absolutely terrible from the kitchen to service. Raw undercooked cod with burnt breading , dry baby back ribs , metallic coleslaw , Mac cheese made with cheap nacho squeeze on cheese. Disgusting

This restaurant is a hidden gem; the place is diner style with tables and booths. Not fancy but good food. The wait time for drinks was slow this visit but food came quickly. Worth a visit if you like good pizza.
