Cwikla's Quality Bakery - Avoca

I ordered a birthday cake and two smash cakes for my twin grandsons. I was picking them up for an 11AM party in four days at 10 o'clock. I arrived at 10:15 and was informed that they would be ready in 40 minutes. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism as there were no apologies or explanations given. I had to search for the cakes myself. While I believe in supporting local businesses, I will not be returning to this particular establishment in the future.

There were no desserts available at the restaurant, so I had to go to Minooka Bakery instead. They had a wide variety of cakes to choose from. I tried some cupcakes from the fall, but nothing stood out to me. Overall, I would not return to this place.

Hometown goodness. oatmeal cookies. brownies, pizza and very good Wair staff. brüder cwilka bear the family tradition.

Great little polish bakery. Fantastic baked goods, breads, and even pizza. Doesn't get much better than a coal powered brick oven. Old school.

They have the most delightful broccoli ?pizza ?. Omg it is delicious. And it doesn't break your bank.
