Coming in October, we really liked this place and its cuisine, its foie gras accompanied by an apricot coulis with gingerbread was excellent and well served, truly a delight! Then the warm goat's cheese salad was purely extraordinary, a huge salad very very well garnished with all the necessary ingredients, it was a taste explosion. The person with me had equally extraordinary spatzles, overall we had a great time and we will come back as soon as we are in Tarbes. The service was also very attentive and friendly.
