Buffalo Wild Wings - Austintown

The food was good this time but my hamburger came out super late, and by the time it was finally done my parents were done eating their own food. So I just took it home to eat lol. Our server was very good and told us about the wings special on Tuesdays and we were appreciative of that.

Got the brisket tacos. The toco shells tasted like cardboard was not impressed with the guacamole or flaver of the tacos there was 50% thick fat in the tocos with one of them having no meat all fat. Fries were so salty could not eat many of the. I did not complain but will not ever come

BOGO wings Tuesday. Great crowd as usual on wing Tuesday. B-Dubs wings are worth it at 50% off, not a penny more.

Went there at 10pm because it was one of the few places open. Plenty of staff but no one beside the bartender looked like they wanted to be there. No enthusiasm. No sense of urgency. No interaction. We were pretty much forgotten about for the most part and when the server did stop by the table, it was obvious we were an inconvenience. If I were the manager, I’d be looking for new servers. Food was okay but overall it was one of my worst experiences at BWWs. Very disappointing.

They don’t pay people that are unhappy with their training and decide to quit. 30 hours that they refused to pay out. Couldn’t prove it because I never clocked in. This is because they “were having issues with getting me in the system” now I see why because if you quit they don’t pay you. Also Doug is just absolutely awful to deal with.
