Hank's - Austin

The server was not notified that we were seated even after alerting other wait staff. We only had an hour for lunch and had made reservation. We did not get water or a server until 34 minutes of being seated. They did apologize for the miscommunication but we had a very rushed and stressful lunch. No other staff stopped to ask about us despite walking by several times. We love Hanks and will go back to give another try but this was a pretty disappointing experience.

Awesome experience, second time and will be back again soon.

"My first impression of the restaurant was that it had a charming atmosphere, but it was noticeably loud inside. The service was a bit slow, but ultimately sufficient. There were four of us who went for brunch, and while the cocktails looked great, they didn't taste as good as they appeared. The lemon berry pancakes were delicious, but slightly undercooked. Most of the other dishes—like the Eggs Benedict, Hank's Breakfast, and Eier Florentine—lacked flavor and creativity, often overwhelmed by salt. The menu seemed promising, but the experience fell flat. It felt like a missed opportunity for something truly enjoyable."

Great time was there before will be going back again!

Hummus plate is delicious. Nice that they have gf crackers.
