The best Durban-style food in Johannesburg, and quite possibly the finest bunny chow you’ll find anywhere. After 12 years of living here, I’ve finally discovered it! Plus, the customer service is truly outstanding as an added bonus!

I absolutely love the curries at Spice Kitchen. One of my favorite aspects is their carrot and chili pickle, which reminds me of the one my grandmother used to make when I was a child. I usually stick with just the carrot, and I appreciate that they accommodate my request. The quality of the meat is outstanding, and the portion sizes are generous. The potatoes are wonderfully tender and melt in your mouth, just as they should. The service is top-notch, and the owner is proactive in seeking feedback on how to improve. Great job!

Don't normally eat out, because of concerns. Today, Spice Kitchen Sandton blew my mind away with the tantalizing, delicious and aromatic vegetable breyani. It was out of this world. A definite recommendation....
