Rusty Pelican Matakana - Auckland

I visited this restaurant and tried the Mojo pizza with a side of fries. The pizza was fantastic! The crust was just right, not too thick or too thin, and it was cooked to a nice crispiness. The toppings were delicious, especially the big chunks of pineapple. The fries were decent but could be improved, and the aioli that came with them was possibly the best I've ever had. They also had a great selection of beers on tap. While it was a bit expensive, I highly recommend this place for a tasty meal.

Two days ago, we reviewed a place who serves generous amount of food and it looks like it’s becoming a trend because the place we will be reviewing today serves big portion as well, and what’s even better is that it is in the restaurants philosophy where they thrive on generous servings in addition to serving top quality food and friendly prompt service and I can attest to that.

Best ribs I've ever had and only $18.50 on a wednesday. Absolutely delicious and huge portions. Will be back. Thanks for coming Rusty Pelican!
