Kaiaroha Vegan Deli And Eatery

This vegan cafe is fantastic. The food options are delicious, with favorites being the jackfruit and lasagna. The drinks are a bit expensive, as are the cabinet goods. Although tasty, the portion sizes may not fully justify the prices.

I recently organized a special party for my wife with our closest friends, both vegan and non-vegan, and wanted to make it a unique evening. Alara helped me plan a fantastic party, with the venue reserved just for us (around 40 people) and impeccable service. The food was delicious - we chose finger foods so guests could easily move around and not be confined to tables. Alara and I discussed various options, from simple dishes to more refined bites, and ended the night with a professional cake with sugar-free icing (which was awesome). Events like this don't happen often, so it was important for me to make it a memorable experience - and thanks to Alara, it definitely will be.

This restaurant is absolutely charming and welcoming, with delicious food. It's a shame that it's now too far for me to visit regularly, but I still make an effort to dine there at least once a week.

Been here now several times. Food is always fresh and really tasty. My non-vegan husband swears by their sausage rolls. Had the Sunday roast for 2 today. This is a halfway pic. Portions were ample. Couldn 't even finish it. The veggies were allowed to have unique flavours and had a good variety. The stuffed 'chickun ' had a lovely crispy skin and was well complimented by a delicious gravy. Great comfort food for this colder day. Such a pity I didn 't have space to try that delicious-looking cheesecake! Well... next time then : !

Had BBQ jackfruit ribs for lunch, which were amazing the portion was huge, and I would have needed hollow legs to finish. Lovely staff, good range of food. Would go back for sure.I almost missed the shop as its quite tucked away; I would recommend better signage.
