This is my favorite coffee stand to go to. Ashley and Rylie are amazing. Their customer service is outstanding. I especially love the confusing stickers they put on my cup. Of course, the coffee is always made to perfection!!

This coffee stand is making beverages without temping things. The owner or manager of this business told me that they can eyeball the temperature of the milk for their beverages, when I called in my concern!!! The barista told me they don’t have a thermometer and she didn’t even know what she was temping my drink too!!! Whaaaat!Umm no u can’t!!! Your eyes do not know the temperature of that milk that you are putting into my coffee! That sounds like a health code violation to me. And when I called to expressed my concerns, they had no concern over what I was bringing to their attention and justified why it was OK to run a coffee business without a thermometer. I let them know that they are producing beverages that are non-consistent. They person I talked to kept insisted over and over and over that milk does not have a danger zone temperature. That milk can be served at any temperature. Eww! Poor management, poor handling of a complaint, terrible customer service, rude, inconsistent, and lack of knowledge for their industry!!!If u need some help on how to properly handle customer concerns or complaints, customer relations, customer service, ect.; I would like to offer a free class to you and your staff. I absolutely love the staff here, as well as the coffee, the Lotus of the day, and the breakfast burritos! The team quickly memorized our orders, which was impressive. The customer service is fantastic!
