This coffee shop is amazing! It feels like a mixologist opened up a cozy spot to relax and enjoy some unique drinks. I highly recommend trying the leche de tigre for a surprising experience. Don't miss out on the smoked old fashion and sunshine cream cocktails either! It's definitely a place worth visiting again.

I enjoyed the laid-back vibe and cheerful staff at this restaurant, but I was let down by the coffee. We sampled four different drinks, and while they have a unique method for making coffee, it ultimately left a bitter aftertaste.

My partner and I were excited to sample their distinctive coffees, but unfortunately, none of them matched the flavors listed on their menu (we tried four). They get an "A" for effort, but I can only give them two stars for their innovative attempts.

My wife and I hung out at Show Pigeon Coffee twice over the past couple of days. Such a chill, relaxing vibe and our beverages were very delicious. The folks at Show Pigeon Coffee were hospitable and made us feel at home. We’ll definitely be back.
