We were looking to have late dinner. I had a group of 4 people with me. Two of us are deaf. They want to charge $10 each for the live band. My girlfriend tried explaining that two of us are deaf. One of imbecile guards’ response was “doesn’t matter”. That says enough about your business ethics. It’s no wonder this business gave itself name “SHADY”. Perfectly summarized. We’re not paying $20 to feel the vibration. We the deaf people are not going to pay for the music when we can’t hear. How is that beneficial for us? This restaurant easily missed out on bigger chunks of money. Look at the BIG picture and let deaf customers in, with out a cover charge and make money back on food/bar tabs. Get with the times. But then, this is the ozarks, filled with ignorant hillbillies. Typical.

Advertisement shows live entertainment. There was no live entertainment only music from someone’s playlist. There was 3 people in my party. We all ordered dinner, two people was given their food and the third waited 15+ minutes longer and still was not served their meal because it was “cooked in a different kitchen” #wontgoback Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
