Bidrage med feedbackI had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! I'm so glad I walked in and met Ms. Tamara, the shift leader and manager on duty. Her customer service was exceptional; she truly embodies what it means to be a brand ambassador for Burger King. I was impressed by how well she coordinated her entire team, as I got to see it all in action. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Ms. Tamara!
I ordered the breakfast croissant with a combo of bacon, ham, and sausage for $8.50. Unfortunately, it didn’t look anything like the picture in the advertisement, and it was clearly not made to order—it had likely been sitting under a warmer or reheated in the microwave. I won't be wasting my money at Burger King again.
Every time I visit this location, there's a guy at the window who never speaks and always gets my order wrong! What happened to good customer service? It would be great if someone could show this store what it means to provide a fantastic experience!
As a former manager at Burger King, I know the proper procedures (unless they’ve changed) should include reheating items in the microwave or discarding patties after their hold time is up. The fact that the cheese was cold indicated that neither of these processes had been followed. Frustrated, I returned to the restaurant and went inside. I’m not sure who the on-duty manager was; she was shorter, heavyset, and African American. I explained to her that my burgers were cold. When I mentioned that I thought I had ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, she quickly corrected me, saying it was just a bacon cheeseburger. Regardless, I insisted that it was cold. I overheard her mumble under her breath as I stood there: “coming in here saying you ordered one thing and it’s something else.” Then she yelled to the sandwich maker, “I need two bacon cheeseburgers HOT!! Make sure they’re HOT!!” I was puzzled as to why she didn’t instruct the cook to make two fresh patties directly off the broiler. It seemed she wasn’t familiar with that terminology. When she handed me the new burgers, there was no apology, no sympathy, and no “Have a nice day.” Once I returned to my vehicle, I quickly discovered what she meant by "HOT!" The burgers were so hot that I had to wait at least five minutes before I could eat them. I thought that by the time I got to the second burger, it would have cooled down. Unfortunately, when I bit into it, the ketchup burned my tongue because it was scalding! At this point, I was furious! It was hard to believe this manager had gone through ServSafe training or any of the training programs Burger King provides.
Peaches was rude!!! I came to this location around 11:30pm right before they closed by 12pm. So I went through the drive thru and placed my order and was greeted by a rude fat elephant built woman named peaches (huge heavy set black lady), so I placed my order but I was not done yet and she claim she couldn?t hear me through the microphone, so she told to drive around and so I did. When I got to the window she just straight up told me my order amount when I clearly wasn?t done ordering. I asked if they had any deserts but she said no, so I just proceeded to pay for my $6 meal. Other than that my burger and chicken fries were fresh (I had to wait a little bit in front of the line before getting my food) and the young gentleman that came out to bring my food was very polite! Unlike that wide body big belly tellituby peaches!
