Flannery's - Athlone

This restaurant provides a distinctive Irish experience, and Anne, who works at the bar, is a true legend.

The staff were friendly and fostered a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. There was live music available for anyone willing to play their own instruments or bring them along. During my visit, the music was traditional and brought back fond memories. Overall, this pub truly captured the genuine Irish experience I was seeking, although it’s unfortunate that such places are becoming increasingly rare to find.

Great place for a pint, great music and lovely craic. Lovely dogs and the owner is equally lovely and a great pint poured by Jordan himself

One of the best spots in Athlone, featuring outstanding staff like Jordan, a few friendly dogs to keep you company, and a wonderful atmosphere.

Ann is amazing! Flannery's is the top pub in Athlone. It has a charming atmosphere that my wife and I always enjoy when we visit.
