El Café De Acá - Asuncion

This was my favourite spot in Asuncion— went three times. Really good (and strong) tereré, excellent breakfasts as well as lunch/dinner. Very popular place on weekends go get there early or be prepared to wait a bit.

Recomendado, variedad y buen sabor. Hermoso lugar tanto como para ir en pareja o en familia. Precios acorde a la zona.

This was a very good cafe offering a number of special treats. The history is worth researching. It was a family space that was converted over time. The service can be a little slow though that did not take away from this experience that’s not one to miss whilst in Asunción. I went several times over 3 days and even at 9pm to have a nice panoply of different flavoured empanadas! The local chopp (draft beer) is also very special and has a well- rounded salty-sweetness to it. They have made good use of lighting and a warm rustic decor. Thanks !

Easily the best Café in all of Paraguay. The food and atmosphere are great, but what really makes Café de Acá stand out is the excellent service. They set an exemplary example on how clients should be treated. Other chic places could learn a lot from them.

Es muy buena la comida en este lugar! Si sos extranjero, es una parada obligatoria para degustar los mejores platillos de la cocina tradicional Paraguaya! El servicio excelente!
