Mejana - Arlington

I visited this place last year for lunch and the quality of the food WAS amazing. Today I went for dinner and I was so disappointed. I don’t understand if the administration changed but the food was really bad. I ordered beef shawarma and got fajitas. The meat was over cooked not tender. My friend got kafta and it was dried with no flavor. I paid $190, after adding 20% tips without knowing that they included 20% for service without even asking me or informing. So ended up tipping 40% without being aware. I’m not going back!

I love the decor! The menu is perfect for a light lunch and the service as always was impeccable. It’s one of my go to spots in the neighborhood!

Stopped in at MeJana last minute getting into town late. They accommodated us so graciously. The food was delicious, well prepared, and presented. The waitstaff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. The neighborhood is lucky to have a restaurant such as this.

I’ve eaten here several times. The food and service are always great. The decor ambiance are also very good!
