Pippala Vegetariano - Arequipa

This little place offers vegetarian food but they also have vegan options. You have to ask which ones are vegan because it’s not clearly marked on the menu (some dishes do contain milk). Portions are generous and generally reasonably priced for what you get. Food was okay and nothing special. Friendly staff but only speak Spanish. Updated from previous review on 2023-10-09

Vegetarian and vegan options. We got a very tasty menu del dia here (from 12:15 and cost 14.50 soles) Starter, soup, main and dessert, but we tapped out after soup as very generous. The entrance is unmarked, it is between Bazar Mikey and Jireh vision. Map update might be needed.

Für nur 14,40 Sol (umgerechnet unter 4€ bekommt man hier ein ausgewogenes vegetarisches Menü bestehend aus Vorspeise, Hauptgericht, Getränk und Nachtisch. Auf Nachfrage kann man das Menü auch in vegan erhalten. Das Restaurant ist nicht besonders nobel, aber dafür authentisch und auch ein Ort, an dem Einheimische speisen.
