I almost forgot to mention that we also sampled the spicy beef tendon and tripe as an appetizer. Unfortunately, that dish didn’t quite live up to our expectations, so we won't be ordering it again. On the service side, placing our order via the QR code was a breeze, and our server was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. They even offer a fun dice game where you can win a free drink, along with a rewards program on their ordering app—what a nice touch! Just a heads-up: this restaurant can get quite busy, even on weeknights, so patience is essential. Overall, our experience at Mr. Dumpling was amazing. I ordered the assorted dumplings, and they were absolutely worth the price! Each dumpling was quite filling, and you could really appreciate that they were handmade with generous fillings. They were delicious! My boyfriend's mother had the drunken noodles, which were neither too greasy nor too salty. The restaurant did seem a bit understaffed, so I would give the service four stars. It was quite warm during our visit, and I couldn't tell if they had air conditioning. However, the Szechuan fish was exceptional!

The air conditioning definitely needs attention soon. We ordered around $75 worth of food. The spicy crispy fish in the photo is tasty, but the portion size doesn't justify the $20 price. Overall, the food is good, but not exceptional. I only choose this place because it's just a 5-minute drive, while getting to Taipei 101 takes 24 minutes.

Wow! I'm absolutely in love with the egg drop soup, and the egg rolls are fantastic!

The chicken with string beans was delicious. Everything tasted fresh and of high quality.
