Level Small Plates Lounge - Annapolis

I called to make a reservation and they required a credit card, mentioning that they would charge per person if reservation not kept. I have never made a reservation and then not shown up, I do NOT like being treated like I might do this. This is poor customer service and customer treatment. I made a reservation at another restaurant and will not go to Level.

The food was great. The drinks were great. The server was attentive and made great suggestions.

Online booking asked for any notes to the server. I added online we want private, quiet table, as we were looking for new favorite restaurant. When we arrived, I had to remember the greeting. And he said yes, it's Saturday nite. That meant it wouldn't happen. I understood, but was disappointed, asked to be expelled. He didn't offer any excuses. Not really unforgettable as I had hoped

Level was a great place to taste many dishes without exaggerating it. All we had was very good. It was fun for our little group to share some great dishes. Service was excellent.

Level is one of the best restaurants in Annapolis. (Leider has only a small handful of good restaurants. And it's not a national chain! The food is always fresh and tasty, like its liberations. The atmosphere is pleasant. The waiting staff is very congenial. No disappointment.
