The food at this restaurant is outstanding, the service is exceptional, and it’s my favorite place to eat. The staff is remarkably friendly, making this restaurant truly shine.

My husband picked up a late lunch yesterday after hearing that the restaurant has new owners. As I’m nine months pregnant, I'm struggling with certain raw vegetables, so when he placed our order, he requested that my salad be made without onion, tomato, and green peppers. The "owner"—who I assume is indeed the owner since she talked about “my staff”—was extremely rude about it. My husband, being non-confrontational, didn’t push the issue, but I find it completely unacceptable for a paying customer to be treated that way. We weren’t asking for anything special; we simply wanted some modifications to our order. If it had been me, I would have demanded a refund and left immediately. To sum it up, we won’t be coming back. The only reason I gave an extra star is that the food was at least edible this time, which is a significant improvement compared to our experience with the previous owners.

I’ve found my new favorite restaurant! The portion sizes are generous, and the Middle Eastern cuisine is outstanding. I had never experienced this type of food before, and I must say, I absolutely love it! I can’t wait to sample their shawarma poutine!

Incredible Shawarma in Town! I just visited with my family, and we ordered a fantastic spread for Thanksgiving. This is easily the best Osmow's I've ever experienced. The staff are friendly, the food is delicious, and the portions are generous! I highly recommend this spot!

I had a very disappointing experience and won't be returning. I was enjoying my meal until I bit into my wrap and discovered a piece of hair in the middle. It was clearly there from the beginning, as it was tightly wrapped around the meat. This was quite unsettling, especially with the ongoing concerns about cleanliness due to Covid. It makes me question how hygienic your establishment truly is.
