D & M's Bakery Cafe - ANGASTON

Lunch her today. Great toasted sandwich and a really good meat pie and excellent pastie. Coffee excellent too. But you really must try their vanilla slices. 100/100.

On my days off I like to head out for a coffee and will sit for awhile a reading a book. I spent a few hours in DnMs - the time flew. I found a very cosy spot on the couch next to the fire place. I enjoyed a freshly made wrap, coffee and a vanilla slice. The service was good -in particular I observed a staff member, Stefanie, being very friendly to all of the customers; myself included. Looking forward to going back!

Went in to try the fabulous vanilla slice and also had an Angaston pie. Wow. Metwurst, cheese, chunky beef in red wine plus other yummy stuff covered in a light pastry. What a meal with a delicious flat white coffee.

Large cake display. Here for a coffee stop. Service was poor when coffees delivered we were asked to pass it along rather than being individually served. Coffees were bitter and burnt.

A beautiful little bakery - so busy at lunchtime, we thought it would take ages for our order to arrive- not so. Prompt, friendly service - baguettes are delicious. The food is fresh and beautifully presented.
