KFC - Anderson

It was 7 PM on a Saturday, and I observed that the restaurant was crowded. It's not surprising that Zaxby's was so busy that night, but I noticed that many of the staff seemed disengaged. It felt like they were merely going through the motions rather than providing attentive service. Overall, my experience was disappointing.

If you're eating out with a group, this restaurant is a budget-friendly choice. The food is good overall, but they have some challenges with getting orders right and serving them promptly. I've also observed that the chicken portions have become smaller, even though the prices have stayed the same. Unfortunately, this trend of shrinking portion sizes while prices rise seems to be prevalent at many establishments.

The mac and cheese bowl was fantastic! The service was a bit slow, but that was understandable since most of the staff were dealing with an upset customer. The team did their best to handle the situation without letting it affect our experience.

The chicken was stale, and a bite of the coleslaw tasted spoiled. The bathroom was unpleasant, and there were dead bugs right at the entrance. The tables, chairs, and floor in the dining area were dirty. I'd recommend spending your money elsewhere.

The food was fresh and served hot, bursting with flavor. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff was exceptionally friendly.
